Priyadarshi Academy provides Theater Workshops in Pune. With the objectives of strengthening the dynamic skills of Theater artists and attracting new generations to the Theater, Priyadarshi Academy frequently organizes different kinds of workshops and training. Such training and workshop vary in their scope and focus from techniques and skills to introduction with different forms of acting and Theater.

The workshop is designed to build upon core areas of acting: movement, voice, and the development of strong performance through understanding dramatic texts. The workshop will deal with the relationship of the actor’s body, space, and the changing physical dynamic.

Our workshops are specially designed and prepared for children, enthusiastic youngsters, beginners, and all professionals.

We have successfully organized many series of training in acting, direction, design, playwriting, puppetry-making, and management.

Furthermore, workshops on different forms of Theater practices such as Theater of the Oppressed, Playback Theater, Street Theater, Shadow Theater, Theater for Living, etc. have been organized to support the Theater community in exploring various mediums of expression.

Priyadarshi Theater takes Theater as a tool to transform society, we also integrate different social awareness issues through such training and workshops.

Admission Procedure:

Students must fill up the admission form
1 passport-sized photograph
1 photocopy of citizenship, passport, or license
1 photocopy of academic certificates
The valid contact number of parents or guardian

Eligibility:

Should be a passionate, dedicated, and enthusiast
Students must have good communication skills

Rules and Regulations:

Students should attend the classes regularly
In the case of emergency, should inform the administration of a valid reason for leave.
Consumption of alcohol and smoking is not allowed.
Disrespect or discourtesy to the guest, faculty members, and office staff will be considered as an act of indiscipline and concerned students will be rusticated.
